Full cabinet is probably a standard stock size; whereas, the mini flanking cabinets would probably be non-stock size and therefore more expensive. Also double the hardware. This kitchen was designed with a budget just like any other big development kitchen.

Default Blasting?

Anyone have any ideas when they will be finished blasting? I keep wondering how much deeper they have to go.....
I saw they had welders up on the crane today, did the wind get the better of the crane?

Also noticed yesterday that supports have gone up for what I would think is signage across the street in the medical building parking lot. Did the lot finally sell? Be good to see something go in there...

Any bets on whether Mondrian or Sovereign will win the race to complete? Mondrian because it appears to have a slight head start and is less complex? Or Chard because his team has been cranking out condos like clockwork?

My bet is on the Modrian.

1. Already ahead
2. No gas in units
3. No heatpumps
4. Kitchens very simple
5. No rooftop amenities
6. No car elevator (Sovereign has one)
7. Floorplate same from floors 3 to 10

The Mondrian has 93 units versus 36 at the Sovereign but I don't think that makes a huge difference?

It appears that the temporary driveway will soon have to be removed to continue with the work on the footings and walls. Thanks for the update Marko.

Could someone get a photo of the tower crane from the corner of Cook and Kings?
