Check this out: http://www.mls.ca/map.aspx?AreaID=752 I'm not sure what is going on at the site right now but all the listings appear really dated, you should see how cheap everything is. It's like stepping back in time!

Jeez I saw a 7 bedroom heritage near my place for just over 300 000 I guess my value has tanked. They said this was coming but overnight like that!
