Where is Wild Pond Lane?

I am fairly new to the boards and the Capital Region and I have been looking for Wild Pond Lane. I think it boarders Langford and Metchosin but I cannot find it on mapquest or google maps. Does anyone know where this place is?

It would be in the Happy Valley area of Langford which is indeed near the Langford/Metchosin border.

There's a property listed by Sandy McManus at 999 Wild Pond Lane, so I'd give her a call and ask for directions.

Is it in Valley View Estates? Because those new streets don't seem to be on any map. That's off Happy Valley Road right after Lomalinda.
