Coming down the hill towards the TCH there is a church at the top of the hill and below it there is a big grassy field that is vacant. Ive seen a guy mowing the grass with a tractor but I am not sure who owns the property. It is highlighted in red

If we're going with the Expo/Millennium lines as "subways," isn't Seattle's new LRT then technically a "subway" as it runs through the underground busway in downtown Seattle?
