Default Bubby Rose's

A new location is opening soon on Cook St, near Fort.
Here's a pic I took on the weekend:

Note the new wood Pella windows and the recycled door with vintage chrome hardware. This will look nice when complete and will hopefully inspire other small businesses on how attention to detail and quality materials improves your store, your neighbourhood and your bottom line.

A video store used to be here.

Nope, just very baggy shorts that are a couple sizes too big actually. (I really need to go clothes shopping.)

Has anyone tried this new spot?

One of these days I'm gonna get my duvet to Elite, the eco-friendly dry cleaners, and I thought I would try crossing the road to visit Bubby's. Am I going to be risking my life unnecessarily crossing mid-block? Is it just coffee and pastries or am I gonna be able to pack my colon with some meaty goodness? Just wondering.

Well the other location is vegetarian so I would assume this one would not have meat either. But they do have sandwiches and pizzas with interesting toppings such as apples and walnuts. (trust me...it tastes better than it sounds.)

Fifth street has a kick ass pizza with pears walnuts grapes and four cheeses. So I beleive you that it would be good.

It is important to note that Bubby Rose's is not actually certified as being kosher by an reliable kashrus organization. In fact the production of their baked goods break many of the laws of kashrus.

Wow I had their flourless chocolate cake a couple of days ago. I think I am in love!
