Geric Construction has received approval for a five building (between 3 and 6 storeys), 245-unit development at 4534 West Saanich Road on the old Royal Oak Middle School site.

The project is designed by Herbert Kwan Architects and consists of 219 condos and 26 rental units.

^ Mike Geric has done a lot of work in the past few years in the Royal Oak area. He is a very good, hands on, builder. Very organized. I am assuming this could be one of the first 6 storey wood frame projects when the new building code is adopted next month.
