Don't have a lot of details, except that it is about 44 units, and you get a couple of bicycles thrown in with each unit.

Some units will be about 575 sq. ft. and be a fairly rare < 1br with 1.5bth >.

They've knocked down a few old homes at the corner of Helmcken/Camden/Conard.

The sales centre is now open on site, 12-5 daily.

A sales team member tells me this is the first ever project in Victoria that uses geothermal in-floor heating throughout.

Here it is: http://www.camdengreen.com

Take a look at this:

Camden Green is working with Terasen Energy Services to develop the system, which Terasen will own and manage at completion

Strange, or should I say "different" arrangement.

The site is cleared and it looks like the formwork for the footings is about to be built.

Going by there yesterday it looked like at least one unit was occupied so we can put this in the "completed" file. Sorry, I guessed we missed the whole construction phase.

I noticed that there is a noxious smell in Camden Green's neighbourhood throughout the winter months and into early summer. It must have something to do with wet hay bails or other farm related activities. The smell has lingered for several years now and I have a feeling that this is a big reason why the project is only 60% sold after all this time.
