The Reliable Controls Annex project is an addition to Reliable Control's current building in View Royal behind Thrifty Foods.

D'ambrosio Architecture's website states:

After assisting this high-tech office and manufacturing company with the acquisition of the site and renovation of the existing building, this project involves an addition to accommodate their expanded operations and growth. The design concept reflects the company’s image: professional, progressive, modern and sustainable. The building is targeting a LEED Platinum rating and includes design strategies such as natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting and reuse, rehabilitating green space and showcasing local sustainable timber construction.
